These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fisher.insure and any related services we provide (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Fisher Family Insurance, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("FFI," "we," "us," "our").
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Site, submitting a quote or callback form, calling us, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Quotes Are Estimates — Not Insurance Policies
Any "quote," "premium estimate," "rate," or similar information provided through the Site, by phone, by email, or in person is an estimate based on the information available at that time and is subject to underwriting review, eligibility, and acceptance by an appointed carrier. A quote is not an offer of insurance, a binder of coverage, or a contract of insurance.

4. Carrier Relationships
FFI places insurance with appointed insurance carriers. Available products, eligibility, and pricing are determined by those carriers, not by FFI. We do not represent every insurance carrier in the marketplace, and the appointments we hold may change over time. Coverage availability is subject to underwriting acceptance and the terms of each carrier's policy forms.
5. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing viruses, scraping at scale, or sending automated traffic
- Use the Site or any content from it to violate the rights of any third party
- Use any contact information published on the Site to send unsolicited marketing
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, marks, and the overall design — is owned by Fisher Family Insurance, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Sites, Tools & Services
The Site links to and integrates with services operated by third parties (for example, our forms provider, our analytics and advertising providers, mapping services, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your interaction with any third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFI disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that information on the Site is current, complete, or accurate. Coverage examples on the Site are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for the actual policy contract.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will FFI, its members, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of $100 or the commissions FFI actually received from your insurance placements during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FFI and its members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
